All conference sessions will be captioned. We will also have sign language interpretations for our plenary sessions plus the sessions with panelists that are deaf. If you need sign language interpreters for other sessions, please contact Debra Ruh before May 20th at debra@ruhglobal.com.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be made if written notification is received prior to April 12, 2013. No refunds will be issued after this date. A registered participant may at any time substitute the name of another person in his or her place. Name change requests should be submitted via email to vanlanduyt@ejkrause.com.
