The M-Enabling Summit 2013 will be organized in Washington D.C., United States, which is home to the largest community of ICT accessibility and assistive technologies experts in the world, and an attractive location for high-level international decision makers.  Sponsors and International VIPs participating to M-Enabling will be invited to a private briefing session at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act for a high level peer-to-peer sharing of experience in promoting advanced accessibility policies and programs.
