M-Enabling Summit is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This statement outlines our online privacy and data protection policy. This website is managed and operated by G3ict: 

Collection and Use of User Details: 

We collect the information you give us: We collect information that you choose to provide to us when you register for a conference or other event; purchase conference or other event-related services; subscriptions, contests, surveys or other information submitted through our website. 

During the registration process we may request certain contact information and demographic information about you such as your name, mailing address, email address, company name, size of company and title. We also may receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you have provided to us. If you choose to register for a conference or other event through this site, you may also be asked to provide your credit card information to fulfill your registration request.

How do we use the information: 

  • We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
    • To personalize user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

    • To provide you with information about products or services you are interested in, including conferences and other events.

Occasions will arise when customer information is passed outside M-Enabling and/or G3ict to other data processors (i.e., conference registration services, database management systems, etc.), only acting upon instruction from M-Enabling Summit to perform specific administrative tasks.

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing m-enabling.com and communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way.

If you participate in our social media campaigns, we follow the respective policies of each social media platform. All of these platforms have their own privacy policies.

Children Under 16

M-Enabling Summit does not intentionally collect any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 16. When necessary underage users will be told not to submit any personal details and we will make every effort to delete any details of such users where a parent of a guardian has informed us that these details have been collected.
