2024 Conference Registration
Below are options to participate in the 2024 M-Enabling Summit and IAAP Expert Forum.
Two-Day Pass
Conference registration includes admission to the first two full days of M-Enabling Summit sessions, luncheons, the exhibit floor, coffee breaks, presentations, networking events, meetups, and an opening night cocktail reception.
Three-Day Pass
The three-day pass includes access to the two-day Summit, plus the third day IAAP Expert Forums. On the third day, participants can attend the full-day IAAP Expert Forum or spend the second half of the day participating in one of four hands-on workshops. Workshops are an additional $25.00 on top of the third-day price.
Workshop Offerings
Four half-day workshops will be offered on the third day. Workshops will follow the lunch networking break on Oct 17th and contain three hours of workshop activities.
Virtual & Networking Pass
The three-day virtual & networking pass provides virtual streaming access to 22 sessions, including eight lighting talks, seven keynotes, and seven plenary sessions. In addition, the pass offers participants 24 Accessibility (A11y) Chats Interviews with subject matter experts from around the globe. The pass also grants participants a live networking Chat feature, which allows virtual engagement with on-site participants.
Post-Show Recordings
Post-show recordings will be available for purchase after the show. Participants can purchase access to the post-show recordings during online registration for a discounted price. The recordings will include three half-day general sessions and the A11y Chats interviews.
Workshops are not included in the post-show recording package but will be available after the Summit for an additional fee. IAAP members and Summitt participants will receive discounts on post-workshop offerings.

Accessibility Accommodation Services Offered
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided on-site or virtually in all sessions and workshops
- Real-time Captioning (CART) will be provided on screen and with a URL for mobile or personal computer viewing in all sessions and workshops
- Accessible digital and Braille materials can be available at the Accessibility Desk if requested no later than August 30, 2024. Send requests to registration@m-enabling.com.
- If you require accommodation not listed on the registration form, please contact accessibility@m-enabling.com. We require notification before August 30, 2024.
- If you select yes to requiring an accompanying person, you will receive further instructions to register this person. If they have not registered, they will be unable to attend the event with you.
Registration Policies
- Conference registration is non-refundable. A registered participant may substitute, at no cost, the name of another person in his or her place. Please submit name change requests to registration@m-enabling.com
- Pre-registration is required. Registration is not available on-site.
- International participants who require a visa to enter the United States will receive further information on their registration confirmation e-mail.
- Group registration discounts are available for groups of 10+ or more. Please submit requests to registration@m-enabling.com
- Attendees are required to have event credentials to access the Summit Conference area.
- M-Enabling Summit is committed to the health and wellness of all participants. We will enforce all current CDC recommendations for health and safety protocols. Additional health safety protocols, such as mask-wearing or testing requirements, may be specified based on updated official health safety guidelines for public meetings and best practices. For the latest information, please visit the Health Safety Protocols page. Face masks will be available at the registration desk for any participant requesting one.
Photography Policy
Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant the Summit the right to use their image in promotional materials, programs, and events.
Data Privacy
G3ict, the organizer of the Summit, values your trust, is committed to protecting your privacy, and wants to ensure that you understand how your personal data will be used:
- Information gathered by G3ict during the registration process is used for the organization of the Summit, including post-summit surveys and announcements.
- Information gathered regarding alternative formats for Summit materials and accessibility services is shared with the respective accommodation service providers, as necessary.
- Privacy policies for the Summit are available on the M-Enabling Privacy Policy page.
- While registering, you will be asked if you agree to the following options. If you do not agree with those, you won’t be able to use the corresponding process or application.
- Allow storing of Summit registration data.
- Allow sending of confirmations.
- Allow sending of notifications and communications.
